When I get my money?
So does this happen overnight or couple months, a year? I never had this happen before for any of my stocks. Do my shares get automatically sold for the C6.50 price in my account?

If it's approved 66% by shareholders then yes. I assume the board has huge ownership in shares. CATL has 8% alone. Which were bought off somehow. Deal closes sometime next half of 2022. you will be paid $6.50\ share to your account. This is just sh't. I am voting no I won't enable this but my 13000 shares won't be enough.
