To make sure the .35 warrants are out of money, S/P needs to be higher and so after Sept. 10 when the warrants expired, no longfer need to keep S/P over .35   Down she goes

So much for NUMI runup, just what I figured that the runup wasn't justifiable so now it's trading lower as investors sell.
