Why do you keep pumping this?  Clearly the Bailey bid is a sham and the shares are going to fall back to where they were before.  Each person / firm mentioned in all of his press release has subsequently denied any involvement.  He has done this many times before - see Vaaldiam, EmGold, etc. 

 

First it was a tender offer, then a take-over bid, now a proxy battle?  What else can he make up?  The supposed take-over bid circular was supposed to be out yesterday! 

Me thinks someone just wanted to juice the stock to flip some shares at a quick profit.  Where's IIROC on this one?
