RE:Capable of Paying a Dividend

RE:Capable of Paying a Dividend It looks like they have about 100 million a quarter after capex to play with.

If they paid out 50 milion a quarter on a float on 210 million shares, that is just a little under $1 dollar per share per year.

Maybe NVA should buyback 10 million more share so the float is 200 million shares, and they they can give out one dollar a year in dividends, half their cash generated just like WCP is doing.

That leaves them with a lot of flexibility in terms of debt paydown, and share buybacks. Their cashflow is increasing every quarter consistently.

What is don't like about buyback is the capital evaporates off the balance sheet, and when you get a pull back all stock go in the same direction. I am in favor of a dividend, and that gives me the option to buy more shares or maybe use it for a holiday.
