Disappointing upside

What's up with Nuvista, in the last Couple Months it just doesn't have the upside like it's peers it just can't seem to break and stay above the $11 mark, anyone have any insight?

Ya...  Oil up - NVA down - .the chart is definitely lagging its peers. NVA seems to be more sympathetic towards NatGas at the moment. I am not a buyer except on notable weekness.
