CHINA'S ACESS TO NVIDIA CHIPS not stopped
Third and fourth party buyers will puchase chips and sell them to China. China will also buyout comanaies that have them or secretly get them from other companies. WHO'S keepng track of the inventory? US cant win in killing AI which is the future. All they can do is blow smoke.
