Your not providing any links to your legal proof other then saying its illegal. Like I said earlier, the dispensaries are 100% running. "Illegal" is really a grey area for Canada and weed right now. I don't know the explicit laws or have links to them right now but I will try and do a look later today. I don't want to search from work. If you have them then it would be a great post because both you and him are on opposites sides providing no proof.
