This is illegallsoooo many things wrong with this takeover.....first of all why is HIP halted and CMED trading....HIP is halted why because they are in talks with who???? CMED....so CMED is in talks with who????HIP and they are not halted????WTF???second the SP was manipulated on CMED up $4.50....how the heck is that possible cuz now they are going to print more shares and dilute the SP....CMED should have went down today....since when does a company doing the takeover go up?....where are the new shares coming from???? Really someone should be going to jail here....gauranteed the day you get your shares they will drop $4.50 and some....Sooo fcking wrong....what a joke
