So what now?

So what now?Forgive me but I've never dealt with a scenario like this and am wondering what happens now on Monday when trading resumes. Will HIP still exist on Monday for trading or what? Sorry to sound new to this but I am. 
Is the money I have invested in HIP now in limbo until this deal is hammered out or what?
Personally I liked HIP as a stand alone entity and thought they would have done well either way. Oh well. Any help ? Thanks in advance.
