IMHO you are correct Thor. Acb offered CMED what they did without HIP in their stable. The numbers / value of CMED obviously change with HIP on the inside. The question is, did ACB factor CMED acquiring HIP in their initial offer to CMED? Stranger things have happened. GL. H
