What a maroon you are pal. What bat were YOU hit with?! I can't think of a single public co. where management owns 51% of the shares. Generally 30-40% share ownership is more than enough to maintain controlling interest in ANY publicly traded company. You're obviously a newbie and shouldn't be berating others on a public forum.
