I would agree with you if the outcome of the deal was hinging only on the desire of HIP shareholders. However, for the deal to be approved it requires CMES's major shareholders to support it. The outcome of which, I am sure you would agree, is far from obvious to be refered to as "the deal is almost done". Are you getting my point?
