i agree. there is something wrong for a 99.4% or whatever vote. thats messed up.

JUST spoke with a gentleman from Kingsdale investors who was trying to sell me the idea. I worked out the math with him and after telling him i recieved a 3 x loss. he is like ohhh i c.

Kingsdale could not do anything...
