RE:RE:60 million more shares dilution

In addition to my previous post.

Up cannibus received their licence to grow marajuana from the government of Canada on December 19th, 2016.

They have three sites with a combined 204,000 sf of grow space with room to expand another 120,000 sf.

They can currently grow marajuana at a average cost of $1.56 per gram. The government has set initial pricing at $10.00 per gram (plus taxes).

They can currently produce 18,000 kilos a year estimated, 18,000,000 grams @ $8.00 approx. with plans to increase that to 39,000 kilos, 39,000,000 @ 8.00 per gram approx.

The plans for expansion have just been accelerated due to an increase of available capital to accelerate projects.

They will be ready for the July 18th,2018 launch of legalized recreational marajuana.
