when deal with cmed was done hip had no sales licence which they have now , plus now they have money to expand there niagra facility, they struck deal for cmed to buy hip product, they received over $14 million from cmed for not going through with deal plus investment bankers chased them to tune of $80 million financing at $1.31 /share because they saw a good investment comming to fruitation very soon
