Someone please explain a few things for me!

Someone please explain a few things for me!I'm very new to stock trading and this warrant thing seems too good to be true. Basically the stock price has to hit 1.75 by Feb 2020? if it does then what happens to the warrant, and if it does not then what happens then. At 0.17 right now, how is the increase calculated compare to when the stock price goes up. thanks guys!
