HIP.WT Price = HIP Price - $1.75                      (assuming no time value)

If HIP=$3.0

HIP.WT = $3.0 - $1.75
             = $1.25 

So if HIP trades at $3.0, the HIP.WT should be trading at $1.25.

But keep in mind, if HIP trades over $2.60 for 10 consecutive dayes, management has the right to call for accelerated excercise of the warrant (although the expiry date is February 2020)
