Not all reverse splits are bad, not all are good.

IMO it will prevent HIP from being bought out at a undervalued price
prevent delisting, maybe get them on another exhange attracting more investors.

A few months ago they needed to raise capital. Now they are in a position to reduce the float.

All will be well in time.
