Reverse split.....

Can someone please explain the advantages and disadvantages to this? I don’t understand why a few months ago they issued millions of shares and then now do a reverse split saying they would like less shares in the float. Seems contradictory. Thx.

While I respect your opinion and I wish that I could share your optimism, I just don't like the plan. The way you put it about reverse splits suggests that it is a 50/50 gambit when we both know that is certainly not the case.
