RE:Impact of Consolidation on HIP.WT
RE:Impact of Consolidation on HIP.WT
Split or no split the common SP must go up by the same percentage to hit strike price.
The impact is the same for Common Share or Warrants. (mathimatically)
Current SP is $0.89 - must go up $0.86 to hit $1.75 or 96.63%
10:1 split SP is $8.90 - must go up $8.60 to hit $17.50 or 96.63%
So mathimatically there is no difference.
The fundumentals of HIP have not changed. Thier revenue, potential revenue, growth, potential growth, etc..... has not changed.
If the market says my company is worth $100 and i have 100 shares out each @ $1
10:1 Split, the market still thinks my company is worth (because nothing changed) $100 and now i have 10 shares out at $10.
If my company grows and the market now values it at $200 my 100 shares become $2
10:1 split same growth .....the market still thinks my company is worth $200 my 10 shares become $20.
Both a 100% gain.
Psychologically, perhaps there is an impact.
