the impact is greater then people think, if a company is having a hard time reaching strike price in the $2 range and is not participating in any agreements and not making plans for growth and has not made progress in these crucial months prior to legalisation then it will be way harder to reach strike price in the $20 range, this only spells disaster for shareholders and a SHORTERS DREAM
