That is about the weakest move I could have imagined. It shows a complete lack of being able to organize and utilize funding and what's worse it exposes the mess they are in. They had plenty of money to build out their new facility. Now the very same underwriters who got in at 1.32 are being given the opportunity to buy down at .75. HIP just gave all of the loyal shareholders the shaft and they will do it again soon. I can't imagine HIP coming out of this situation with anything better than a firesale sell out. Thanks Jay, great leadership.
