RE:RE:RE:RE:Sales License

RE:RE:RE:RE:Sales LicenseInteresting indeed. Well at least you got some sort of an answer. However, it really lacks any clear details. When did they apply for their license ammendment and when do they expect to receive it ? What will they be harvesting in the coming quarter and in which month ? All 5 strains ? How many kilos will they be able to harvest of the 12,500 KG they had announced in a previous NR that they will have produced by the end of 2018 ? Remember these were NRs that we all based our investments on so they are important questions !

So they began cultivation in April and will have their first harvest this quarter. 7 months after they began ? Okay let's try to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they ran into some issues. That means sometime in between now and November they will realize their first harvest. They will also need time to dry, process and prepare the product prior to shipping. Then there is the actual time it takes to pack and ship. Still the issue that remains is the sales license that they don't currently have yet. So my earlier posts were not without merit and in fact I think that they are pretty much spot on.

When will UP actually have their product on shelves at this rate ? Well not soon enough for the October 17th legalization that seems pretty clear at this point. Unless thay have been growing all 5 strains at the Brantford location, but again that is not what they intimated in their NRs.

I would have been much more understanding if they had shared information about their progress on a regular basis even if it revealed issues with licensing, retrofitting and harvest times. Instead they chose the cloak and dagger method of "we are sticking to the plan" and kept investors in the dark.

Well when will they actually let the cat out of the bag to others in a formal NR with a clear and concise update ? I believe that there is much truth that has been supressed in order to sell a single fantasy of a company who was on their game. If they are unwilling to be transparent here what else are they potentially hiding behind ?

In the end only the financials will be able to speak the truth. Meanwhile we are left guessing and having to fight really hard for the slightest tidbit of information. This is a backwards approach in my estimation. Shareholders should be treated with honesty and respect not kept waiting in the dark.
