RE:HIP.V marginally undervalued You have basically writen a summary of the latest finacials and NRs over the past 6 months. If you look closer you will see that the estimations of the inventory values you write about are padded by @ $3 million in their recent finacials in a column which states:
"Unrealized gain on changes in fair value of Biological Assets"
So nobody really knows how much inventory they actually have and what the variety of said inventory even is. They are supposed to be growing 5 strains but good luck finding out which and if they are part of the stated "inventory".
The "news" of the facilities operation, production and building and retrofit progress is the same news we have been hearing about for the past 6 months. Nothing has changed there. So don't get too excited about that.
If this were April 2018 I might be with you, but it is not and I have been long in this stock and am extremely undewhelmed by the management and their lackadaisical attitudes.
I suggest that you take a look into other companies NRs as well who are burning on all cylinders and really working hard at it to get an idea of what HIP is up against. This should help you to re-evaluate your enthusiasm.
Newstrike management seems to be on vacation professionally speaking since April and now we are entering peak season.
Look elsewhere for a better team.
