If revenue was allocated /sold in September to provinces it will be accounted for in teh Q3 financials. Just because the province and aka the government got their sales/tax reveneue in Q4 (Oct 17th ) doesnt mean it wont be on LP books for Q3.

I suspect teh majority of HIP/UP sales for the backlog of product will be accounted for in Q3. New sales/orders by the provinces after they ran out will of course be booked to Q4.

This is how supply chains work.
