Long time lerker. I see a lot of people dont know how the process is going with the expansion. I drive by it at least three times a week for work. As far as i can see it is behind if they are aiming completion before the new year.

It will be hard for me to explain but i will try my best. All supports are in. Roof is on with the plastic cover but not along the walls. Large fans are on site but looks like no electrical has been completed. All under ground has been completed though. If you watch video the expansion will look exactly like the existing greenhouse sections. They are also adding (looks like a new entrance) or a massive loading zone between the expansion and existing greenhouse.

Also there is another large steel building being build to the east on the other side of Durham Rd. Not sure if that will be a loading zone or not  BUT it is the same as the one being build on House RD in Stevensville/Fort Erie. You can beleive me or not.... I found out about Newstrike V.HIP when I was doing construction layout/grading on a marijuana facility on House Rd. I asked the project manager what company is owns this and he stated Newstrike. BUT its not V.HIP. Its an owner of UP doing other buildings that will be apart of V.HIP's production eventually. Like i said I dont know the in's and out's of it, the one on House Rd will 100% be complete before the new year. IT IS owned by UP but not sure 100% the in's and out's. Like i stated above the other facility looks a bit behind to be complete before the new year. I hope this helps guys. I can take pictures next time. Just trying to keep you guys in the loop. As what I have read over the months on this forum (In my opinion) this company needs to establish first, get the expansion completed and running, stores in Ontario will open and over 6 months to a year as profit comes in this stock will increase. Just got to be patient.
