RE:Prognostication aside, construction needs completion!Don’t agree at all. They were smart to have the gradual approach to expansion as who new if legalization was going to be delayed or not. There were no such e things. Now they have two expansions happening. One should be done now and the other in 3-4 months. Seems like a good balance of risk to me
