If you believe the company will succeed long-term and that the shareprice will go higher than current levels, you could prepare yourself to average down. Just decide where it will need to pull back to before you are comfortable adding to your position and also work out what your new average would be after the buy, get the average down as low as possible.
Honestly, if I was holding at $1.20 I would scrape together what I could comfortably afford to invest and target a SP pre-run-up, if the price pulls back then I would buy with the intention of pulling that new money once the new average hits… returning my total investment back down to where it was but with the new average. If the SP continues to run then I would hold and continue to wait for a SP below the 15 day average (minimum)… just my thoughts, do your own DD
