Fair market value is irrelevant
Fair market value is irrelevant
also , you valuate a company on earnings and future earnings . At 2 dollars the company would be worth over a billion dollars . If you can manage to make 10 mill a q , its 40 mill a year. This would equal to 27 times earnings and that's before taxes . Its a bit of a stretch , but in this sector anything seems possible . Companies are not valued on what the sp is , its the market cap which counts. I also see a lot of talk about how it's going to go up because of earnings ,I as a long , unfortunately don't believe this to be true anymore . I think hip needs a year of solid growth and expansion before they start commanding a bigger market cap . At this point any buy out offer is useless as well, it would be an insulting one more than likely . This is all my opinion of course . I hold A warrants to leverage because the 5 year expiry and no acceleration is super attractive. The originals are being hammered by time decay at this point are becoming scary to hold
