correct , it's called a synergy . Both will be far superior together ,!!! A Warrant holders will be happy , originals , not so much imo ( hopefully im wrong ). HIP did exactly what EMC did and let the price tank by neglecting the "plan" , hence why no real updates ever ! This has been ongoing since late October , the shares tanked after the run we had, and it eroded all the way down to this pathetic market cap . Management was being slick and frugal with the money and like knew that they would never get out of this rut they got themselves into by going against millenial hype ( no offence Tragically hip , nobody cares in the weed and vice world ) . This was all orchestrated , and I dare anyone to question me now !!! Most blocked me so they can't !!!! And will never know what I know lol . To those still listening , hip stood no chance at it alone , thus looked for a way to build a distribution network and some half @$& "plan " to convince the market to keep them in mind . Jay was always vague and never said much on purpose . He knew all along that his company was being "synergized" and that he is long in this game , unlike the majority of retail , all trying to get rich within a year lol . ..it's obvious to a dog at this point ! Who leaked that NEWSTRIKE was for sale to bnn ??? Why he never released real hard data and always said contradictory statements . I tried to warn the circus of cheese here , now you will all have to see what's next . Im guessing share roll back at some point ??? This merger ( what it really is ) is about getting to the top ! Consolidation was evident everywhere , and companies like canopy being worth 22 billion plus , and little guys like hip at 260 mill is a complete joke ! So now we stand a real fighters chance my friends . Hexo/hip can be Canada's go to brand , along with Molson ! This company will one day corner the market and be eating a portion of the pie ,not just a slice or crumb . International, brick and mortar , edibles , vapes ( OC backing off slowly but surely) , huge money stands to be made in the not so distant future , now add in American legalization , and wowsers , serious coin will be made .I know it's a tough pill to swallow.,but this is the market , welcome to it lol ...I continue to hold knowing that I was right all along and that I know in my gut that I will be right again . The synergy will one day be worth multiple BILLIONS and .06 of a watermelon is still better than 100 percent of a chick pea ...
