RE:The deal will go throughI agree long term the merger will benefit shareholders however lack of premium is unsettling at best. Myself I’ve written off my 5k investment.  50000 original warrants which are down over 80%.  No point in selling now but if/when this deal closes the warrants won’t have much time value left lol.  
Im hoping it’s not that bleak if anyone has anything encouraging to offer I’m listening.
