Valuation does not make sense

Can anyone comment on how this valuation makes sense? With the merger coming between CMED and HIP (assuming it happens) each HIP share would receive .033 of CMED. CMED is currently trading at 27.49, but lets assume the 52 week high 28.10 x .033=.9273 meaning CMED views HIP at .9273/share. How can the merger go through with these valuations? Is this opening the door for ACB?

Do any of the Mj's make sense?  WEED at 43 bucks and lose .12/share! AC at 23 bucks and make 4.00/share!! Go figure...

I have been thinking the exact same thing. It seems the original deal will still stand at 33 for every 1,000. At current HIP share price, you lose no matter what. Only thing I can think of is that the majority shareholders in HIP may vote NO

They would have to vote no which ultimately opens the door for ACB. After of course they pay the penalty to CMED for scrapping the deal. Should be interesting 2 weeks when the deal gets scrapped and everyone aside from CMED and ACB take a hit...
