Payout if deal declined
Hey does anyone know what HIPs penalty is if they do not approve the deal? I know CMED had to pay 9M if they backed out

Well if there is funny business going on with Canada's MJ stocks, it won't help any of the MJ companies,they will just just be shooting themselves in the foot.There is alot of eyes around the world watching Canada right now related to this MJ sector.

Coming to HIP or Cmed boards is like entering the domains of the HATFEILD & McCOYS of the 21 century......it is really stupid By law ACB has to disclose how they find out about the deal between Cmed and Hip. Who knows maybe ACB will top all of our accounts.................

ACB disclosure was due today; likely see it online tomorrow or on SEDOR. We all know though; two board members of CMED in private talks. One member has since resigned; the other still there. Perhaps a fine or even charges .... ?

ever heard of doing good business? Thats what that is about integrity. You dont need to screw ppl to get ahead. And that in a sense is what ACB is doing, undermining an established company...

5 million is for the supply deal. Not for the take over.

There is no payout from either company if the share holders of either company vote NO. Only a payout if either Board cancels the deal in bad faith. A vote NO does not trigger payouts. IMO, correct me if I'm wrong.
