HIP may say YES, but what about CMED ?

I know it seems most of HIP will vote YES, but how about CMED?    almost 39% CMED  shares are owned by ACB or its supporters, it needs 51% of CMED share holders say YES to pass HIP -CMED deal,  I don't think it will go through!            HAHAHAHA

Yes.  And the litigation looming makes it even more interesting. Wouldn't it be great to have a crystal ball that worked right now. There is going to be a whole week of drama I think right up until after the CMED vote Friday.  I have to think  though that CMED ACB are going to have to do some talking which could change the whole landscape yet again.

It would be more interesting if it turn out Cmed-HIp deal a "GO", and then Newtrike started to ask re-negotiate the original agreeement (1000-33) in the very same reason as Cannimed challenged Aurora for.

Dude, did you get beaten with a bat when you were a child?  51 percent is owned by the management of every public traded company.....they initiated the deal with HIP...are you getting how this works in business's yet?

Dude... 38% of the 51 you are talking about are in a lockup agreement in support of another deal... so this is still a crapshoot.....Here are the deets on that https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/aurora-cannabis-announces-intention-to-launch-takeover-bid-for-cannimed-therapeutics-inc-658789223.html
