Over manipulated stock
Especillay since last month this stock has been kept down intentionally in order to stay very cheap for a future bidder. It is too obvious. I can't find any other reasons, they have a lot of money and many contracts. It reassures me that it should jump back up soon. The SP increased from 0.59 to 3.30 within only one week at the beginning of this year. With good news, it could happen again, why not? Do your own dd. IMO
