I honestly dont know what next month will bring .... another offer maybe or probably vote passes .  One thing i really know is that Hip management has been terrible for its shareholders . I welcome new Hexo management .

Well for starters its not a merger, it's an aquisition.  These two companies are not equally merging, to form a new entity.  One is buying the other.
