WE'D BE SITTING AT OVER 1.00 RIGHT NOW IF IT WERENT'

FOR THIS 'SHYSTER' OF A DEAL (ESPECIALLY WITH THOSE NUMBERS) WE GOT SHAFTED. A BIG NO.  ITS' NOT GOING THROUGH :) AND WE WILL BE BETTER BECAUSE OF IT! DONT LET ALL THESE HEXO SHAREHOLDERS CONVINCE YOU OTHERWISE.

Do you hear the roam of the bidding war, jack ? Lol. Hexo is the best thing that happened to hip in a long while.
Comment by deet on Mar 29, 2019 7:50am
Sorry, Bigbaboon. I'm with Jacksnap on this one. I don't like the deal. We'd be much better off on our own. The latest positive news releases are proof of that. They haven't moved the share price one iota. Since the announcement, we are trading lockstep with Hexo. Our only hope is that shareholders vote this deal down. Barring that, I'm selling. My opinion only. Everyone must ...more

a smaller company being engulfed by a larger more successful company moving forward I dont think is a bads thing, Hexo will take HIP to hiugher ground. Just my opinion, deal could be better but it is what it is.
Comment by deet on Mar 29, 2019 7:59am
The problem is, you'll only have a fraction of the shares you have now.
Comment by Salvatore on Mar 29, 2019 8:06am
Correct but at a higher price point. And then with hexos supply deals ect ect the price will go up.

SUPPLY DEALS? WHAT ABOUT THE HIPS' SUPPLY DEALS? WE'RE NOT SMALL POTATOES HERE, WE ARE IN NEARLY EVERY PROVINCE IN CANADA...AND COUNTING MOFO!! AND WE HAVE CASH.  CASH IS GOLD IN THE CANNABIS WORLD!!

Your point being??
Comment by Bigbaboon on Mar 29, 2019 8:35am
Well, management, BOD and the band and 25% of largest shareholders don’t seem to agree. I guess everyone is entitled to its own opinion
Comment by flyboy27 on Mar 29, 2019 9:05am
--- Babs  I like Hexo.  but what you dont seem to understand is ... The Hip share price has been held down and manipulated to suit the deal. Us folks who have been hear watching Hip unfold the last 12 months see this as a known fact. and could very well be proven!! Let say Hip @ .47 and Hexo at $4.89 Back in November would be a much more reasonable offer... that said.  you are ...more

The deal is far too low IMO for another offer not to come in. Where it sits HEXO has left themselves open to a bidding war... again JMHO

Hope you are right. Otherwise for a person like me who bought in October this has been one crappy investment. And I am mad about it as I do believe that had they announced stage 1 completion when it was done this stocked would have rebounded like the others in Jan-March

I’ve been invested in Hexo for 2 years now. Its a well managed corp with serious  competitive advantages. You will recoup in no time.
Comment by CannTicker on Mar 29, 2019 11:53am
Why isn't anyone talking about the ratio itself.  Yes, we end up with HEXO shares, however the price now has to be MUCH higher to get the same kind of potential return from HIP.  Instead of having 10,000 shares (for example), you end up with 633.  The shares would have to go to $70 or more to see the same kind of return that HIP at $2 or $3 would give.  That's the bad ...more

Ot just comes down to one question : which corp has more chances to grow six fold (3$ hip, 60+ for hexo), hip alone or Hip+Hexo? Its everybody’s guess. I’d say hexo + hip.
Comment by JaCkSnap on Mar 29, 2019 12:30pm
THATS RIGHT "DEETS" WE WOULD BE BETTER ON OUR OWN.  WITH THE LATEST FINANCIALS WE WOULD HAVE ROCKED TO OVER 1.00 SAME DAY IT WAS RELEASED, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT MONIES ON HAND.  IM' NOT EVEN DOWN VERY MUCH.  ITS' JUST A SHITE DEAL.  WILLY KNEW IT TOO AND HE STILL SHAFTED US.   YOU'RE WELCOME WILGAR, LAZY PR*CK.   BUT WE STILL CAN & WILL ...more

Exactly! Better offer... or NO vote. The only people telling us how good this deal is are HEXO shareholders.....have you noticed that?
Comment by JaCkSnap on Mar 29, 2019 1:03pm
OH JA "DEETS" I'VE NOTICED THAT ALLRIGHT ABOUT THE HEXO SHAREHOLDERS ON HERE.  THEY'VE EVEN STOOPED TO MAKING UP NEW ACCOUNTS TO POST (BRAND NEW) SO THERE'S IS NO HISTORY (PAPERTRAIL) ON THEIR BULLBOARDS POSTS..... (IN TERMS OF BEING A LONG TIME) HEXO SHAREHOLDERS.  THEY THINK WE'RE DUMMIES I GUESS.  THEY STAND TO MAKE SO MUCH ON THIS DEAL, THAT THEY ...more
