Well, management, BOD and the band and 25% of largest shareholders don’t seem to agree. I guess everyone is entitled to its own opinion

Sorry, Bigbaboon. I'm with Jacksnap on this one. I don't like the deal. We'd be much better off on our own. The latest positive news releases are proof of that. They haven't moved the share price one iota. Since the announcement, we are trading lockstep with Hexo. Our only hope is that shareholders vote this deal down. Barring that, I'm selling. My opinion only. Everyone must do their own DD and follow their own gut instincts.
