Lux will move the coming weeks sideways between 0.28 and 0.32 cents and when the promotion starts and a NR with  production numbers this will move towards 0.40 end of this month. End of April 0 ...more

Unfortunatley they just issued 53 million shares and warran

Did nothing for the SP unfortunately! I've started to accumulate stock - looks an interesting play, but not sure how quickly it's going to be able to scale up to meaningful volumes.

I noticed they gave away 5% of the gross revenue on all plants going forward, in a deal to finance the first plant. Hopefully, now that they have the 4 million in the bank,, the blizzard of dilution ...more

At 26500 oz trading at 4 times cashflow.

With the warrants and 15 cent convertibles AND IF the presentation dated Jan 5 includes the new warrants we are talking 180 million shares fully diluted. Is this right or is thee more?
