I have far less confidence than you. Looking back on past news releases and financials everything appears somewhat suspect to me. The lack of details are astounding. Commercial operations supposedly began at the Costa Rica plant three years ago and in every quarterly report since then it has been described as
"Newlox began commercial operations this year and is now in the process of ramping-up production" Ramping up production for 3 years?
The cut and pastes in the MD&A's look like they put little effort into being accurate. Not that a plant can't be ramping up for 3 years, telling as that may be that things aren't going well, but it certainly can't be described as beginning commercial production "this fiscal year" since 2019 and included the exact same statement in the most recent MD&A dated Aug 31 2022.
I could go on and on, but looking at the MD&A's from the past 3 years alone I'd say someone is really phoning it in or unqualified to do what they should be doing.
Given the Costa Rica plant has apparently been in ramp up mode for 3 years, revenue stalled, lots of money going to promotion and consulting, its tough to say what future if any the company has.
Worth reading through the last few of years of MD&A if you're bored. It will leave you with more questions than answers.
The good news is it doesn't look like the company will need to raise capital in the near future.
