Who the auditors or management or both? I'm not sure about drunk, but incompetent does come to mind. What sort of management would not have followed up last week's update with something this week, given no financials were filed as expected? I had no idea this company was such a gong show. It really shouldn't be trading at a market cap of anything above $5 million in my opinion, whch ...more

the auditors. Mr. Jackson has the highest integrity. Stuff happens, it won't effect their dat to day operations. They may have to employ another accounting firm to complete the task. This will result in delays but life goes on.
