why? read the press release.  Dereck Konnigan and his team are taking over the operational activities of the mine.  Doesnt it say that in plain english?  Or do you need a spanish translation?  These guys worked with Chester the Molester and MP at Castle Gold prior to its sale to Argonaut.  In other words, they are proven mine operators and winners.  Nothing negative to ascribe to John V., just that all things change and the situation called for a change-reached a new stage and requirement for a different set of skills.  And Voila, NWM addressed the challenge and brough in a solid team of mine operators.  Now, shareholders better hope they bring the same degree of success to NWM as they did to Castle Gold.
