BlindBat - just to clarify your understanding:

I talked to Chris regarding the new financing couple days ago.  NO, the warrants will not be exercised at 10 cents, but at $1 at 4 years expiry if consolidation does occur.

since 1+1=2, and 2+2=4

10 x 0.10 cents = $1.00
