Very true. The price of gold went all the way up to $1900 and these guys couldnt get things in order. Instead of any uplift, we got NR mentioning lousy PP's. Well atleast we are still turning profit today, thanks to maintained costs.

Here's the reality:

Even if they increase reserves as planned at lluva , it will NOT influence sp that much. Same if they use the cash to pay down debt. This is all because of them diluting the stock by two-fold in 2 years.

To me, consolidation means that managment just want to run the company how it has been going (like renewing a car lease). Shareholders beware, this would be another dumb and selfish move from management. As someone mentioned previously, they can consider consolidation as an option after this stock is over 10 cents. But right now, buy back is the way to go (do not confuse the two)

If they don't want to do any buy back then the only hope is to sell the company outright. There would be interest not only because they are producing profitably, buy also because of the land package. Jojoba hasn't even been touched yet and resource can increase to over a million if they explore this. But this would be a great selling point because we have high grades from previous drilling to prove this. If you guys are not aware, the grades at the entire jojoba package is similar to TMM's San Francisco pit (campamento zone has even higher grades!). We just don't have the cash to develop this area.
