Accumulation

Looks like someone is patiently grabbing every share that comes available at .02 but is being careful not to move the price up, thus calling attention to the stock.

"when stocks dont move one always says it is under accumalation....what a copout.......flipside is it is under selling pressure" No, Scanner, not in this case. I've been a longsuffering shareholder in NWM with an average cost of around .145. The trading has been different the last few days. I keep an eye on the trading each day and prior to the good news about the 2012 earnings and ...more

There is no question that debt financing will be resolved but I think consolidation of shares will happen. In the case of NWM that will be a very good thing! Even a 5-1 will reduce shares to 50 million  @ .10cents. It will be easy to move it to .40-50 cents @ 30-40000 oz a year.

If a consolidation happens I will sell it all again. All consolidation is to change investor mindset on price. Consolidate and SP appears expensive. Don't do it and SP appears depressed, Consolidate and myself and many others dissappear

It's funny that every single NR past couple years led to drop in price by avg 3-5 cents. It's like Chris' words are doing more harm than any good. However, the year end results news is finally great news. They company can now stand on their own feet, finally. Why did this not result in uplift in price? Because there are too many gdamn shares floating around. Even if ...more

Very true. The price of gold went all the way up to $1900 and these guys couldnt get things in order. Instead of any uplift, we got NR mentioning lousy PP's. Well atleast we are still turning profit today, thanks to maintained costs. Here's the reality: Even if they increase reserves as planned at lluva , it will NOT influence sp that much. Same if they use the cash to ...more

Eduardo you are 100% correct...Luckily the Auriga merger fell through now shareholders have to stand up and stop the share rollback..My 275,000 shares are no. Shareholders have to hold the company accountable no apathy all who agree must step up. we need some production numbers for Q1 and a favourable debt settlement soon...Strip ratio should drop for Q1 and profitabilty should climb. (gold price ...more
