My 393,000 shares at an 11 cents average :(  will say no.  

Is there a proposition for the rollback?  If so, is there a deadline?  Keep us posted if anyone gets information on a date for a vote on the rollback.

Meanwhile, I will continue waiting and being happy with news and disappointed with the share price as I have been for over a year now.
