My 500k shares vote NO as well!!!   Uh oh  what to do now Mr Berlet? You, Chadder and rest of the team are running out of options..Here's an idea: It's time to sell !!!

I vote no with my millions of shares, and vote out the management as well.  They don't deserve any penny for compensation when running a company in a production stage with the level of share price.  Blame the market is just showing the ability of not coping to market conditions.  Remember we are in a production and have revenues.  what a big joke.   ...more

Nobody is buying back shares, if any money is left over it will pay down debt but don't count on either as POG is down in case nobody noticed. Management is paid properly and one of the only juniors not raping the company with options. The debt is the big overhang and until it becomes managable, no appreciation.

My 393,000 shares at an 11 cents average :(  will say no.   Is there a proposition for the rollback?  If so, is there a deadline?  Keep us posted if anyone gets information on a date for a vote on the rollback. Meanwhile, I will continue waiting and being happy with news and disappointed with the share price as I have been for over a year now.

You will get something in the mail. I don't think they have an actual date for AGM although it should be sometime in June. Keep checking Sedar for dates.   Many of us have been longs and believed in Chris. They got the mine runnng properly but at heavy and painful expense to shareholders. I'm management will get earful at the meeting. What I want to be achieved this year: 1 ...more

Actually the enterprise value does not include amount of recoverable gold so price would be higher than I stated..Open to your suggestions/demands

I say sell the company for .04 cents. I will take a double.
Comment by slick05 on May 13, 2013 6:37pm
The Enterprise value is  $57,403,374. Obviously a buyout would be above that. As more ore is placed under leach (as ramp up continues), this will also add to above value.

I wouldnt expect much from a buyout in this market. Gold stocks, not just explorers, but profitable producers are getting slaughtered. Valuations are not what they used to be
