Bluestar this stock won't go cheap. Digger can speak more meaningfully to this but TRR with 178 million shares out went for $ 3.30 after the posted a resource estimate of .9 million oz indicated and 5.9 million inferred (not too bad in this brutal market but I know people in at higher prices that obviously weren't for it). With respect to NES the latest financing and who the biggest participants were will allow you to make a pretty good guess at what the low end is. It will be north of 3.11 and with over 35 million, as of May 2012,  in the bank they can be patient and drill and drill and drill. Lastly there are no warrants only stock options (1/5 of which are priced at 2.8) that have not been exercised.... So prove up 2 million oz indicated and double that in inferred ozs and this could turn into a bidding war between Goldcorp and a few others.. with Goldcorp (IMO only) the eventual winner. Drill some more and hope for a least an improvement in this corner of the market and around 6 bucks is the low end for me with 8 being the price with any improvement in the space. In the end its wasted energy to speculate because it won't be me that cuts the deal and approves it ultimately someone with 30% of the shares will :).
