Franki, they already started with construction. Furthermore they came out with another great deposit. So its just the way the business goes. Money needs to be spended.
Now TXG got a market cap of about 550 mio and EV of less than 300 mio. In return they got a great deposit, 900 mio NAV and 24% IRR post tax. So TXG is trading at 33% of NAV. Of course, they need about 600 mio to build this mine. Assuming they take 200 mio cash, get 350 mio debt financing. As u can see, they won't not much more money and there won't be much dilution.
Besides that they got another great deposit, more thant 5 mio ounces high grade.
I for one things its a pretty good deal buying at this sp level. Great low cost, high grade gold deposit. I bought in today.
