Well, you are correct that NES doesn't want to build a mine and very much want a large buyout ( really don't we all ). We'll just have to wait to see if the PEA is supported with economic data. I've been told by a few people with genuine mining expertise that the economics of the mine were VERY attractive prior to the announcement of the leaching process enhancement and at that time the mine would generate a profit with very low gold prices ( $750 range ). If you don't think it will make money why don't you just sell - I've seldom seen a good samaritan on this or any board investing their time to protect uninformed investors from themselves. Since neither of us are on the BOD we'll just have to wait and see - thank you for your opinion.
